All orders are posted with UK Royal Mail or UK Royal Mail International.  I make every effort to keep our shipping rates in line with current Royal Mail costs. 

INCORRECT MAILING ADDRESSES

Pleat and Bobbin is not responsible for mailing addresses that are incorrectly entered by the customer.  If your order is returned to us because we received the wrong address, you will be responsible for the additional postage costs incurred by sending your order to your correct address.  This will also cause a delay in you receiving your order.

DUTY FEES AND CUSTOMS FEES

Pleat and Bobbin is not responsible for any duty or customs fees incurred in international orders.  Any incurred duty or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer, and are not grounds for a refund on an otherwise non-refundable item.  Pleat and Bobbin assumes that the customer has already checked the value /size/ weight limit on goods being sent to their country of residence and assumes that the customer already agrees to pay any incurred duty or customs fees.

DISRUPTIONS IN MAIL SERVICE

Pleat and Bobbin is not responsible for any disruptions to mail service, either with the Royal Mail (our domestic carrier) or with the local national mail carrier in an international country of destination, after an order has been despatched.  Such disruptions may included, but are not limited to:  a postal workers' strike, or a political or public health crisis.  If you are at all concerned about the ability of your order to reach you, then please get in touch with us prior to ordering.
